Kathy Taussig, MA, LPC
Kathy Taussig’s passion is to come alongside individuals, empowering them to lead abundant lives. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a member of the Association of Christian Counselors, Kathy helps those she works with achieve greater life satisfaction through mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
kathy desires to offer encouragement and hope to individuals through emphasizing healthy approaches for mental and emotional health. She also believes that God desires for people to be restored in all areas of life, particularly in their relationships. Kathy believes through the encouragement of professional counseling, faith in God and prayer, positive changes will occur.
Kathy counsels adults and college age women in individual, couple, marital, and group settings. Her special interests include women’s issues, family relationships, parenting, pre-marital counseling, and marriage counseling. She also works with those dealing with depression, anxiety, shame, guilt, grief, loss, forgiveness, low self-esteem, abuse, and addiction.
Kathy graduated from Denverl Seminary with a Master of Arts in Counseling, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. Kathy has been married to her husband for over 34 years.
