Linnaya Widhalm, MA, NCC, CACII
Linnaya Widhalm holds is a Certified Addictions Counselor II and focuses her counseling working with chemical dependency, codepency, marriage counseling, depression, grief and loss, and eating disorders. She is a National Certified Counselor and holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado.
Linnaya works with adults struggling with: chemical abuse/dependency and their families; adult children of alcoholics; adults struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, grief/loss issues, marriage, and women struggling with codependency.
Linnaya believes that through the therapeutic process, one has the opportunity to discover that God is is a Sovereign King that cares deeply for those who are hurting. By learning how to discover what underneath the pain (resolving/making peace with their past), they can begin to focus on what lies ahead with renewed hope. Linnay's approach in psychotherapy is to help clients achieve their goals through exploring their feelings, helping them identify problematic behavioral patterns and working on developing healthier interpersonal relationships.
