“Positive change happens when we’re living authentically; when what we value is in alignment with our beliefs, our actions, and with others.

Therapy is a difficult process to go through at times, requiring vulnerability and openness. It is my desire and passion to meet you with compassion, non-judgement, and honesty. Whether you’re struggling dealing with traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or just feel like you could use someone to talk to, we can create a space where you can process what is happening, learn tools to cultivate authenticity within the ebb and flow of life, and find comfort and courage in the shelter of the space we co-create. My ultimate goal as a therapist is to help you find and live in alignment with your authentic self.

I attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and worked in many different roles with children and families before earning my Masters in Clinical Mental Health from Colorado Christian University. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to achieve your personal counseling goals. I offer an eclectic range of services to find what matters to you in order to experience a greater sense of fullness.

    My areas of focus include:

  • Teens/young women
  • Child/adolescent counseling, especially those who are on the Autism Spectrum
  • Children/adolescents dealing with defiance or trouble with emotional regulation
  • Major life transitions, including new jobs, spouses, figuring out a new career
  • Value setting, living in tune with the life that you desire
  • Premarital counseling
  • Anxiety

When I’m not wearing my therapist hat, I enjoy painting, drawing, reading, and writing poetry. I also love time spent outside with my family and partner, whether that’s hiking or a picnic in the park.”

Thanks so much for the opportunity and I look forward to working with you!
